The Advancement Fundraising Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the fundraising efforts of Leadership Institute at Allen Temple by developing and implementing strategies to engage donors, cultivate relationships, and secure financial support. They are responsible for identifying funding opportunities, stewarding donors, and managing fundraising campaigns to advance the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, Communications, or experience in related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit management roles, with a track record of successfully securing funding and meeting fundraising goals.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling grant proposals, fundraising appeals, and donor communications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, with a passion for advancing social impact and community development initiatives.
Hours Flexible, Work remotely, 15 hours per week Compensation: $2,000 month
