On-campus housing offers a unique opportunity for community development beyond the classroom. BST currently owns two apartment buildings (Gray and Bratcher) located on the seminary campus. Apartments include one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio. All are unfurnished. The apartments were renovated and retrofitted for earthquake safety in 2003 and 2005. Washers and dryers are available in a community laundry room located under Bratcher Apartment building. Residents pay for utilities, telephone, internet, and cable. Parking spaces may be available to residents for a monthly fee.

If you desire to live in campus housing, please use the contact information below to gather detailed information and to begin housing application procedures.

Applicants should also check “Housing” on their “Application for Admission” to BST under the section titled “Enrollment Status.” While we are unable to guarantee housing, BST can assist you, if needed.
