children & youth within the New Life community. To support the effectiveness at nurturing the children
& youth’s spiritual formation, the programs and pastoral care extend to include their families. The role
includes program leadership, outreach, volunteer coordination and development, and pastoral care for
children & youth and their families. Eventually, a goal is to expand the overall program to include
infants and toddlers.

experiences and challenges faced by different children, youth, and families is vital for creating
an inclusive and supportive environment.
10. Must pass a background check.
